When we sat down to develop the AFG functional strength trainer, we knew that users would settle for nothing less than a machine that let them build the strength they wanted, how they wanted. So we designed a very versatile pulley system that lets you work every major muscle group in a variety of ways. Made the seat and seat back removable as well as adjustable, so you can incorporate floor exercises or use a fitness ball. And created an exercise guide that lets you choose between time-based routines, targeted body training, or workouts that focus on a specific sport or activity.
